Previously, Help One Child’s brand was difficult to identify on Instagram’s main feed. Posts were mainly text-based, relied heavily on stock imagery, and lacked a cohesive visual identity. There was little to no consistency in colors, fonts, or branding elements, making it challenging for followers to recognize posts as part of Help One Child’s mission. The feed didn’t clearly tell the story of the organization’s impact.

With Crane Media, Help One Child’s brand is now immediately apparent on Instagram’s main feed. Posts are diverse with a mix of text based graphic posts, video Reels, and organic imagery. Now there’s a consistent use of HOC brand colors, fonts, and branding elements. The online community can now recognize posts as part of Help One Child’s mission. The feed is sharing more stories and showcasing the organization's impact.

Before Crane Media stepped in, Echo.Church lacked a clear strategy for how they showed up online. Their social media was inconsistent, engagement was low, and their brand identity wasn’t cohesive. More importantly, their content wasn’t consistently showcasing the real faces and diversity of their church community, nor was there a clear process for turning online engagement into meaningful next steps that could ultimately bring people through the doors.

After Crane Media stepped in, Echo.Church established a more consistent and recognizable presence across social media. We refreshed their brand identity through new custom social media graphic templates and developed a clear content strategy built around their community—from high-quality imagery and worship moments to teaching reels, graphic design, and creative video content. This helped address the gaps in consistency, engagement, and community representation while creating a clearer process for connecting with people online and encouraging meaningful next steps toward the church.

Before Crane Media stepped in, Refuge Chicago was less than a year into establishing itself as a church community in Humboldt Park. While they had a logo and were beginning to share content, their social media wasn’t yet telling the story of who Refuge was or the community they were building. Their digital presence lacked the life, personality, and consistency needed to reflect what was happening in the church week to week. Their visual identity also had yet to extend into a cohesive system for social media and teaching series graphics, making it difficult to create a recognizable presence online. With many of their neighbors living within walking distance, they needed a stronger digital presence that could showcase the faces of their community, communicate what was happening at Refuge, encourage people throughout the week, and help the church become more recognizable and discoverable within Humboldt Park.

With Crane Media’s support, Refuge Chicago developed a stronger digital identity that more clearly reflects the community they are building in Humboldt Park. We created a cohesive visual system across social media, including new custom social media templates and teaching series graphics, giving their content greater consistency and real recognition. We also established a weekly content process that brings the life of Refuge online through community photography, teaching clips, creative video reels, and design that captures what is happening in the life of the church each week. Together, these systems gave Refuge a more intentional and sustainable way to communicate online, showcase their community, and stay connected with both the people already attending and those discovering the church for the first time.
